Dr Laura Reed
Artistic since childhood, Dr. Laura Reed enjoys making beautiful
things or making things more beautiful. Afraid of being a "starving artist", her
love of science and helping others led to a career in health care where she has
been a California licensed Doctor of Optometry for more than 22
years.
With over 26 years of patient care experience, Laura
was in private practice and management in the pharmaceutical and contact lens
industries. A speaker, editor, and published author in many professional
journals, she was featured on the cover of the Journal of the American
Optometric Association. Honored as "Young Optometrist of the Year" by the
California Optometric Association, she consistently provided outstanding patient
care in her practice of Optometry. Her commitment to excellence continues again
in her Permanent Cosmetics practice. Featured recently in Orange County's

Permanent Eyebrows--Info and Photos
Who Benefits from Permanent
Eyebrows?
Permanent Eyebrows help women and men whose eyebrow
hairs are very lightly colored, thin in places, sparse overall, or nonexistent.
Causes of eyebrow hair loss include years of tweezing or waxing, medical
conditions, or medications such as alopecia, scarring,
or chemotherapy. A good permanent eyebrow design
eliminates the need to continually use pencils or powders to fill-in or reshape
brows. Eyebrow shape, thickness, density, height, balance, and symmetry can be
corrected once and for all. The aesthetic look of a person’s face can also be
enhanced.
